Mgr. Hana Kuc is trained in rational-emotional behavioral therapy. Her practice includes interventions from various therapeutic approaches, many of which she covered during her long-term study and work in the USA. She completed training in EMDR (traumatic event processing).

Hana believes that the most effective approach to dealing with fear and anxiety is to work with the client to face their fears little by little, with tenderness, patience, acceptance and imagination. In her practice, she encounters individuals with perfectionistic styles, traumatic backgrounds, and self-neglect, all of which lead to problematic procrastination or overwork, burnout, and self-blame.

She works with clients to support them in transitioning to more flexible attitudes and beliefs, opening up space for real problem solving and behavior change.
